Based on a proven programme provided by New Insights ®, we will take an all-encompassing, holistic look at your life, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and then working through them to help you reach your full potential.  With the programme generally running over 13 sessions (but fully tailorable to your needs), we will look at things such as goal-setting, values, self-management, restricting beliefs, finding your purpose, and much more.  There is no better way for you to get in touch with the real you, and you'll be amazed by what you discover!

 

Financial Coaching  -  Get back in the black

 

A speciality of our founder, financial coaching uses the tools and processes of life coaching, with a particular focus on your finances and financial well-being.  Add this to our industry-specific knowledge and experience of accounting, finance and tax planning, and you are guaranteed to come away with your financial house in order.

So whether you've set yourself a goal you're struggling to attain, are battling to save, need to get yourself out of a debt hole, or just want some direction and management in this area of your life, financial coaching is the answer.  Looking at your financial habits, attitude towards money, debt, savings, investments, income, and expenditure, we will help propel you towards your financial goals!

 

Health Coaching  -  Get back in shape

 

Have you tried every diet out there, with little to show for it?  Maybe you want to give up smoking?  Or maybe you'd like to get back into some form of exercise, to feel fit and alive again?  Whatever your health and body goals, we will use our expertise and personal experience (that's right, we've been there!) to help you get to where you want to be...

We do not promote any quick-fix solutions, products, or pills.  We believe that sustainable, long-term health improvements come from taking a steady, balanced approach, and will help you to create a healthy eating and exercise plan that works for you.  Importantly, we will also work on your mindset and attitude about the process, which - when not aligned with your goals - is often what ends up sabotaging your best efforts...

We've all had those times in our lives when we badly needed some good advice, but just didn't know where to get it.  It could be a specific problem at work, a relationship taking strain, or you just need a second opinion on something.  But your friends don't understand, your boss doesn't care, and your family gets too involved.  Who do you turn to?

Here at Good Advice, we'll do more that just listen and nod our heads.  We'll help you get perspective on the issue, and then work with you to come up with positive, proactive solutions to help you get past it.  All in one or two short, simple sessions...
