Executive Coaching:
Price per session: R400
Each session runs for approximately an hour (although budget slightly longer for your first one). For coaching programmes, we would generally meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. While we prefer to meet with our clients weekly (as we can then maximise the impact of positive momentum to accelerate the process), we do understand that for some, bi-weekly sessions work better, for scheduling or financial reasons...
Employee Coaching:
For groups of 9 or less:
- R300 per employee per session (minimum of 5 employees applies)
For groups of 10-20:
- R250 per employee per session
Please note that these prices are only a guideline, due to the variable nature of what may be required. In the above cases, a session would generally run for about 90 minutes to 2 hours, with a short break or interval in the middle. These prices also include all notes and materials for participants. We also limit the size of groups to 20 people, to ensure that the material and processes are brought through effectively, without lowering the quality of presentation.
Please note: As mentioned elsewhere, the principle of fair exchange underlies everything that we do at Good Advice. If our clients feel that we have added or contributed nothing to the equation, we will refund them their money immediately. No questions asked.
